TGK-Asia redeveloped the concept of call centers to allow small and medium scale businesses to afford such services with minimal overhead but with the benefits of a world-class contact center.
We only gather the best from the best experienced agents who previously worked in a site-based environment. These agents provide their own equipment and work space at home based on the requirements we give them. Although these agents work from home, the privacy of information and the professionalism of being in a site based contact center are still kept intact. We use “work at home” agents with commercial grade DSL to provide extraordinary levels of customer care for our clients.
This system allows us to cater to clients needs, without compromising the quality and confidentiality of a typical contact center service.
We maintain a backup center for our agents in case of disruption in their area to ensure that there will be no interruption in client service delivery.
